These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Unddosable Solutions Ltd services, which includes the services found at fivem-ddos-protection.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using our services.

   These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unddosable Solutions Ltd (may be referred to elsewhere as simply Unddosable, UnDDoSable, UnDDoSable Solutions and other potential names). Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
   
   
2. Description of Services
   Unddosable Solutions Ltd provides remote DDoS protection services for online game servers, particularly FiveM. Our services aim to mitigate and prevent DDoS attacks to permit the continued operation of your game server in the event that it is subjected to DDoS attacks.
   
   
3. Account Registration
   In order to use our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to close your account and/or cancel your services immediately and without explanation if inaccurate, out of date or incomplete information is provided. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
   
   
4. Use of Services
   You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the services or interfere with any other party’s use of the services. You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to, reverse engineer or re-distribute any part of our services, servers, websites, networks or property.
   
   
5. Payment and Billing
   Payment for our services is required in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable pricing plan or agreement. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services, including any applicable taxes. Failure to pay fees will result in the suspension or termination of the service.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   Unddosable Solutions Ltd has no affiliation, connection, ownership or association with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or CitizenFX, the legal owners of the GTA and FiveM IP.
   
   
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Unddosable Solutions Ltd does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use our services at your own risk.
   
   
8. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Unddosable Solutions Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Unddosable Solutions Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   
   
9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unddosable Solutions Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
   
   
10. Changes to Terms
    Unddosable Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
    
    
11. Termination
    Unddosable Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
    
    
12. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
